J’ai oublié ma carte, est-ce que je peux bénéficier de mes offres et accumuler mes points quand même?
C’est très simple, il suffit de suivre les étapes suivantes:
- Après votre transaction, assurez-vous de conserver le reçu sur lequel il sera inscrit “Avec la carte moi, vous auriez accumulé ## points”.
- Dans un délai maximum de 14 jours, le membre doit se présenter au comptoir de service de Metro avec son(ses) reçu(s) et sa carte de membre. Il est aussi possible d’effectuer la demande de points en ligne via son profil.
- Le nombre de points indiqué sur le(s) reçu(s) lui sera(seront) alloué(s). Dans le relevé des transactions, la mention “lorem ipsum” sera écrite sur votre reçu.
En aucun cas le numéro de la carte ne peut être donné verbalement à la caisse.
